Report agaisnt killall

We all know what killall has done before with promoting people, and giving out items. Now today when i logged in I saw that killall was on, and a NEW moderator named "Derske" Derske even said she got moderator from killall and i took a screen shot of it



then later i find out that not only did kilall give derske mod, but also a dragonstone ring (thats a P-ring)



also notice her bandos



as i go on in the day i see peope with full bandos and this person who i doubt donated



also i see people with ags/bgs/and zgs

Yes we have had issues with killall his account has been hacked 3 times now but i am starting to belive that he has done some of this. Also "The Hero" was given those items from me personally (the rares) and it is perfectly fine that he has those.
